PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are currently working on the design for 16 new single-story custom homes in Indio, California. The homes range from 5,000 to 7,000 square feet with high/low ceilings up to 16' and an incredible forty-two foot wide sliding door opening to a beautiful built-in pool and 200 square feet of sunken pit space for entertaining - a luxury desert oasis. Our structural design includes but is not limited to the following:

• Wood structural design (Type III, Type V)

• Steel structural design

• Concrete structural design (Type I)

• Post-tension & slab on grade

• Anchorage calculations & details

• Calculations for solar panel installation
